1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Remote locations may require additional time.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking links usually activate within 24 hours.

4. Serviceable Pin Codes

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will reach out to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

5. Damaged or Lost Orders

Damaged Items: Save all packaging and contact us immediately at mdns2007@gmail.com with photos.

Lost Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us for a courier investigation.
